Your information

When you send a tattoo request:

• your name and email address
• your phone number and Instagram handle, if you choose to add them
• your idea, placement, size and preferred dates
• reference photos, if you choose to upload them (these can include photos of your body)
• your confirmation that you're 18 or older

When you request a jewelry piece: your name and email, your phone and Instagram if you add them, the piece and any options you chose, where you'll pick it up, and your message. No payment details are collected; you pay in person.

When you follow a city: your email address and the cities you picked.

To stop spam: a scrambled, one-way code made from your internet (IP) address, so the forms can limit how many requests come from one place. Your actual IP address isn't stored, and these codes are deleted after a few days.

Browsing the site doesn't require any information. There are no ads, no tracking pixels and no analytics cookies. Your browser keeps an unsent request draft on your own device until you close the tab, so you don't lose your answers.

I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't use it for advertising.

The site runs on a few service providers, who store or deliver information only to make the site work:

• Supabase: stores tattoo and jewelry requests, reference photos and follower emails
• Vercel: hosts the website
• Resend: delivers emails about requests, when email is turned on

These providers may store data on servers outside Canada, including in the United States, where it can be subject to local laws.

Only I can see requests and photos. They're behind an admin login protected by a password and a code from my phone.

• Reference photos are deleted 90 days after a request, once it's been completed or declined.
• Requests that don't turn into a booking are deleted after 12 months.
• Completed bookings are kept for up to 2 years for my records, then deleted.
• Jewelry requests are deleted 12 months after they're made.
• City follows are kept until you ask me to remove them.

You can ask me to show you what I have about you, correct it, or delete it, at any time. To make a request, Show email address.
